The voice of Laura Catrani, one the interpreters of reference for many composers of our time, moves ever more frequently between the opposites though complementary shores of new music and early music. The journey of “Flowing Water”, born of the collaboration with Claudio Astronio, reveals an iridescent and changeable nature, sailing along streams, by nature fluid and highly mobile, designed in one side by Händel, Purcell and Barbara Strozzi, and in the the other by Berio, Glass and Marianne Faithfull.
