The primary engine driving Thomas Umbaca’s musical creativity is the piano. Music flows like lifeblood, speaking to an audience without any border. The great contemporary jazz made in Italy finds its voice in Umbaka. The protagonist of this concert of “pianofortissimo & talents” is the classical pianist and Italo-British composer, a natural talent who, among many accolades, received the special Hermès prize at the Piano City competition in Milan and the Luttazzi Prize in 2021 in the “young authors” category.
